Like the rest of the reviews here, this is THE WORST company to deal with - especially for a young business and amatuer web developers! I am worried about being able to get my domain name back! Does anyone have a recommendation for a novice at this stuf

it's as bad as people say and worse. The customer service is as bad it gets . My site is down and I'm watching money go down the drain. I'm planning on switching. I'm scared about them holding my domain hostage as another poster mentioned. STAY AWAY!!!!

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. a Nightmare. I can't access anything. I am just trying to get My files back so I can change carriers. They don't respond to my tickets, they just keep sending them to "specialist teams" TRY ANYWHERE ELSE.

The worst support I've ever dealt with. Email accounts were moved without any notification. Worse yet, their servers would reject all mail from my internal servers. I couldn't send mail to my own accounts. Support said nothing they could do.

Interland's tech support was marginal, web.com is clueless! They moved my server's IP without ever notifying me, their tech support will say anything just to close the ticket. STAY AWAY! I've moved all my accounts elsewhere!!!!

tech support awful. you call for an issue, and they place you on hold wile they talk to their admin for resolution. waste of time and frustrating. too many errors on their part.

THEY WILL HOLD YOUR DOMAIN NAME HOSTAGE. I have been trying to get my domain registration, transfered for over a month. Without control over the Domain name you can not run on another server. They have ruined my business. Thousands of dollars lost.

Terrible Reliability and Tech Support - Both my sites and Email have gone down for DAYS before the issue has been resolved. Tech Support just says "they're working on it"

Terrible service, it took me 3 weeks to have a username and password sent to me. Nobody had a clue of what they were doing. One employee told me to fax my drivers license in to managesrs after I did that, another employee said that wasent good enough.
