They are fired. I had to edit over half of the web page they made for me. My Face book add still had errors on it when they billed me after taking a month to build it. I have no SEO support and they never made changes. I've paid so much to do their work.

STAY AWAY. For years I was a happy Discount Domain Registry customer until web.com took charge. The domain renewal and billing system is totally confusing and archaic, they charge whatever they want for renew your domain and you cant do anything about it.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! They claim they won't bill you until after a 30day free trial ends, and I get billed INSTANTLY BY THEM. Fight with them for over 2 weeks supplying tonnes of proof they DID in fact take money from me, still unable to get it back. SCAM

THIS IS THE WORST WEB HOSTING COMPANY EVER! They flat out lied to me on several occasions. They have no problem taking your money which seems to go up every time you call them. They have screwed my DNS servers up and it has been 2 days email down! WTF

If you decide to order a custom site, please be aware that the design team only has 1 1/2 hours to create it (45 minutes to write, 45 minutes to design). This results in very simple, rushed sites which, for the cost, isn't worth it.

I asked them to build me a website for ecommerce and they did everything but. They basically just put together a half-a$$ website with no product listings and only three pages. They also said that they would add up to 500 products, but not one listed.
