They charged me $94.5+$ 40+$6.9+$6.9 without any reason and notice . I called them twice to cancel but they didn't and even charged more. They told you the first month is free but they actually charged the money from your credit card what a big CHEATER

Find another company, web.com sucks. I have crawl errors on my site and these retards cant do nothing but hang up on you, when you do get thru they are extremly rude. These people are a bunch of losers. Find a reputable company as web.com is not.

However, this is still one of the worst companies I've dealt with. Not only is their number NOT in their cancellation page (To cancel call us) but when you do call them they require you give them YOUR PASSWORD? Their web building tool is a joke as well.

cancel and shut down site
I've tried many times to cancel service. I can't! Each month they take money from my credit card. I called my credit card company and put a stop on money being taken out. Two months and they did it again!
I will take the time and call card company again.

WORST WEB COMPANY EVER
I was so fed up with them I tried to cancel but every time I tried they put me on hold for 30-50 mins and hung up on me while I was on hold. I ended up having Goddess Design do my site and I'm finally happy.

Was told their would be NO start cost and a 30 day free trial, asked fro my credit card number I asked why? They replied its for future billing then explained that a $134 hold will be applied RED FLAG

I was told 2 weeks and something would be ready for review. I submitted request for a month and a half before I ever saw the first review. I was told online in 24hrs. 3 weeks and 10 phone calls STILL NO SITE ONLINE. And wont refund me
