I've seen bad businesses, but this one is probably the worst out there, not just among web hosts, but overall. I used to have my account with Interland and that was about 3 on a 0-4 scale, but when they sold to Web.com things started going downhill quick

Their technical support is WORTHLESS. They migrated my website on 12/01/2008, did not setup the proper permissions on the migrated server and have my website down since 12/01/2008; we are now 12/14/2008 and they still have not resovled the issue.

Technical support is totally incompetent. I know more than they do and when I explain what needs to be done to fix a problem, they have no clue what I am talking about. The close incident reports before you have any input or verify the problem is resolved

Calling tech support is a joke, hope you have a speaker phone. The tickets opened for service help don't mean anything. Note: if it says resolved, double check it is probly not true. Read the fine print or they will take you to the cleaners in charges.

very poor customer service, they do not explain what happens when you cancel other than you will recieve money back. I cancled within 24 hours they found a way around not giving me my money back and it was do to poor customer service.

As I write this, I have been on hold with Web.com's customer service for 1 hour and 35 minutes. This is NORMAL. DO NOT give your business to this horrible company!

This company has been nothing but a headache for me. Their customer service is a real joke, they charge your credit card like it is their own and try getting a refund. Not possible.
