The company, which bills itself as “the world's largest web host by known servers”, was chosen from a “fiercely competitive market”.

A panel of experts including business writers, entrepreneurs and industry experts short-list companies for the “Best of the Best” awards. A sample of small business owners are then sampled to establish a range of measures, including “brand recognition, customer service and service value”.
