The launch of new servers and services was part of the company's "September Product Refresh".
eUKhost's new dedicated server offerings provide 128 GB RAM and Dual Hexa core processors. The company's new Server Monitoring service covers both server hardware and network devices. The service monitors for a range of issues including server uptime, hardware and disk I/O performance, RAID health, and partition usage. A full report with graphs and stats is provided to users to allow them to get a full insight into server performance. The company's leading servers offer Enterprise Monitoring with 1 minute ping and 3 minute service monitoring intervals. Alongside dedicated server monitoring, eUKhost's VPS and Cloud Hosting servers now also offer with 10 minute ping and 30 minute service monitoring free of charge.
eUKhost also announced a new SMS notification service. Users receive SMS messages as notifications on invoice issues, new orders, and when domain names are expiring. SMSs are also sent to provide security notices when passwords are changed. eUKhost's Business and Enterprise monitoring packages also provide global SMS notification free of charge.
