The new board members are Mr. Michel Leclair and Mr. Martin Cauchon, both appointed at the annual shareholders' meeting held March 26, 2007.
Mr. Leclair is Vice President of Quality Assurance at Agropur and has significant experience in the quality assurance field. He is fully versed in implementing ISO 9001 and HACCP standards. Mr. Cauchon is a risk management specialist.
