1PlanHost has completely abandoned their customers. There is no way to contact them for support or customer service. Dealing with 1PlanHost has been nothing short of a nightmare. Stay FAR away from this host!

Since Web Host Plus took over, 1planhost is destroyed. They WILL NOT live up to their guarantee of refunding. Do NOT sign up or give them your credit card. They 'lose' customer records and your personal information may not even be safe any more! Run away!

I left because technical support could not solve an issue with php script. I was trying to make them look into my problem and they were replying with stupid questions blaming me.

Disaster. They abandoned me and all their other customers. Search the internet and you will see many horror stories about this host since May 15, 2006. Pay no attention to reveiws before that time as they were sold then.

Were pretty good before they were purchased by webhostplus. The SQL server with databases for 2 of our clients has been down for about 4 weeks. We've moved on to another service provider.
