Good service, good pricing, and they do correct their errors, but they have problems keeping their web-statistics generators up to date.

Didn't give you a 4 in uptime because I had more than one instance where I stopped receiving emails. Tech support was ok but sometimes it was too quick on the trigger to close tickets that were not reallly solved yet.
