Love you service but I HATE the way you just shut down the web site when it is time to renew. You NEVER send an e-mail to remind us it is renewal time. Shame on you!!!!

I used the consumer level host service for family photos and such. two or three times a week the website and associated mail was not available for no obvious reasons. When it was up it works fine.

Setup information is a little sketchy. Would have liked more detail on setting up mail servers, FTP, etc.

Unbelievable service at a great price! Never had any major issues, and when I did have some issues with SSL certs, etc. they were always there to help and did not give up until the problem was fixed. Great customer service also!
