I found this to be the most economical hosting company. I am a novice that designed a web with MS Frontpage, then uploaded the files. I've had reasonable support, but do have to have some knowledge of the process, it's not for the basic consumer.

logging in repetedly for tech-support is very cumbersom when your trying to work out a problem!

I have experienced a lot of problems with speed to the site and email accounts
Also I have experienced problems (ongoing) with adding extensions to my typo3 site.
Overall I continue as a customer because of price/perfomance.
