I have had some mail server issues many times as well as server down issues periodically.
usually these issues have been resolved quickly but it seemed to take me filing a complaint to get it fixed.
I've been moved to a new server so we'll see.

This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a hosting service. I tried to upgrade my account & it's turned into a huge mess. I'm so disgusted that I guess I'll have to take my business elsewhere. Cheap hosting, cheap service.

My concern is that you are not able to speak to anyone when you have an issue that sometimes is hard to explain to technical support online.

The only complaint I have is that technical support is a little slow and doesn't always understand what I need. I could use more personal, step-by-step assistance with Moveable Type (maybe twice a year) but for the price I guess I can't complain! Everyth

I promote 2MHost all the time. I realize that for the cost, tech. help would be limited. My last experience was less than helpful. I am trying to promote staying at 2MHost with my church but they are reviewing the updating capabilities compared to others.
