Excellent service. My website has virtually 100% uptime, and all the services they give to you are a great deal.
The help desk is fast and good. The only problem i've run into is how useful the 24 hour chat is.

Seems to be workign fein. Have not taken advantage of many of hte resources to date. Experienced some minor difficulties occasionally when sending mail. Otherwise great service.

Excellant budget Movable Type hosting. Not a lot of hand-holding customer service, but the price is good and everything works and they do free Movable Type updates.
