Seems to go off line for about 1 hour per month but so far no explanation. Great value for money though and prompt reply to queries.

I have lost my email, and had email fail to function 4 times in the last year. Your customer support personnel are marginally trained, and often unhelpful. On two occasions, my support request to fix my email access being down resulted in a complete loss

My only complaint is customer service - the technical support staff frequently have difficulty understanding the problem, don't always read the whole ticket before responding, and can be unfriendly.

I currently have 4 domains with 2MHost and can truthfully say that I have had no downtime with any website. I highly recommend 2MHost. When I need support, 2MHost always has the answer.

I've read some of comments from users who have had issues with 2mhost.com uptime and ability to ftp web site updates. Except for one short period, my experience in the first year has been just the opposite.
