They forgot to renew my domain even I paid for another year, then I lost my domain and my website. Their Support ignore my issue. Simply terrible.
Company Response: domain renewed in time, and it show renewed in whois, we have contacted registrar to fix the problem, its out of our hands.

Received an account expiration notice beforehand as opposed to some reviewers.
I chose Special+ (Free Domain) for easiness, but Standard+ may be better in respect of price.

Fast, reliable web hosting. Frequent problems with email. Too bad, don't get "heads up" warnings of server changes, account about to expire, etc. Tech support a pain to deal with, fast but sometimes don't get to the heart of the problem.
