It took sending 4 tickets for support to reply and solve my problem during the weekend, which is unacceptable.
Typically the responses come much quicker and you don't have to worry.
Guess you just gotta hope nothing bad happens on a Sunday.

This one’s a winner
I signed up with AbeloHost after three unsuccessful tries with other providers and I've been really satisfied so far.
Everything is communicated clearly, there are no hidden fees, the security is fantastic, and the support team actually wants to help you out.

This host is very approachable whether you end up buying something from them or not.
Easy to talk to and willing to discuss your options based on budget and plans.
I ended up purchasing shared hosting to begin with and they helped set everything up and explained things nicely and in a way I could understand.
It's been 3 months now and I haven't had one bad experience.

Good even though it is pricey
LOVE so much about this company, especially the fantastic support that is always there for you.My only wish is that everybody could actually start off with a host like this.As it is though not many people who are just starting off can afford this pricing.I couldn't which is why I only started working with them 3 years into doing business

One of the best
ABELOHOST is one of the best hosting providers in the business. The security is unmatched and they put it first. Good offshore servers and network speed.
The prices are a bit steeper, not gonna lie, but it is worth it in my books. Solid 4/5

No complaints!
Migration was smooth and I did not have to do anything. After that, there have been no problems. I noticed no downtime, support is easy to reach, and the overall performance is good. No complaints!

I have a wordpress blog and Abelohost was recommended to me by a friend. It's been a great experience so far.
I don't need much in terms of maintenance and I doubt that I'll need any plan upgrades, but I was happy to see they treated me all the same even if I am just paying for basic hosting.
This is a great option for newbies, perhaps even the best in the industry.

Support is stellar. You talk with actual humans from the start so there is no trying to explain your problems to a bot (it's MADDENING). Everyone is attentive and knows what they are doing + does their best to help you as quickly as possible.
