No complaints!
Migration was smooth and I did not have to do anything. After that, there have been no problems. I noticed no downtime, support is easy to reach, and the overall performance is good. No complaints!

Perhaps even the best in the industry.
I have a wordpress blog and Abelohost was recommended to me by a friend. It's been a great experience so far.
I don't need much in terms of maintenance and I doubt that I'll need any plan upgrades, but I was happy to see they treated me all the same even if I am just paying for basic hosting.
This is a great option for newbies, perhaps even the best in the industry.

Support is stellar
Support is stellar. You talk with actual humans from the start so there is no trying to explain your problems to a bot (it's MADDENING). Everyone is attentive and knows what they are doing + does their best to help you as quickly as possible.

Excellent and tech-savvy
The security is incredible! I needed an extra layer since I store sensitive info from customers and this provider really came through compared to others that I tried. The support is also excellent and tech-savvy, which is sadly rare nowadays.

My favorite thing about AbeloHost is their support team.
They respond quickly and are always cordial, which should be the norm but unfortunately is not.
Then they go out of their way to solve the issue instead of just telling you to do it yourself because it's your fault.
I worked with quite a few similar companies, so I can say with certainty that this one is the real deal and actually cares.

Peace of mind but slow
AbeloHost is incredible if you deal with sensitive content and need to know everything is 100% secure at all times. Even though the pricing is a bit higher than what others offer, the peace of mind is worth every single cent for me, but support is too slow

Support is lovely and helpful, and they really know their stuff.
I've had no problems with downtime or attacks/breaches, which was my biggest worry.
Scaling your plain is also possible and super easy.

Still staying
I have been with Abelohost for a few years now, since 2021. Back then it had excellent prices compared to others and that drew me to them.
However, as everyone else's prices rose, so did theirs. And while they still are quite decent, the difference isn't as stark as what it used to be.
I'm still staying on because I'm a creature of habit and they know exactly what I need, but I do wish I had to dish out less money every month.
