I have been hosted by AIT since 1997 and still think they are a great company. They have patiently/quickley worked with me to correct any issues with my site or billing. Tech. support is there 24/7, live on the phone.

I love hosting with AIT, my previous company couldn't give great customer service if they tried, which they weren't. The speed and reliability of the service is impressive. I wouldn't change companies ever.

I've been with AIT since '07. Overall, my issues have been resolved very quickly with very few exceptions. I've not experienced any billing issues. With excellent customer service, tech support,reliability, and pricing, I highly recommend this company.

I have had a ticket open with their help desk for 4 days and no one is working it. I've been calling their help desk for 4 days and leaving messages - can't get through to no one. I sent an email to the President/CEO - no luck. Are they still open?

If there is a 404 page not found request it goes straight to Tybit which AIT owns. It has paid links and even lists the domain as available for registration. They are stealing clicks to make ad revenue themselves. They did this without notifying anyone.
