After 9 years of being a customer hosting many sites they became a nightmare in many aspects. I'm moving my sites out of there.

We are hosting with this company for two years. Last 6 months their service is terible. Mail server down every other week . Webserver down very often. They attract you with low price and finally recomend to move to dedicated server: so price will go up 9+

I stuck with them and at times defended them for about seven years just because I didn't want to deal with the hassle of switching. The service eventually got so bad there was no choice. I had to switch or lose my customers. Lots of "fun" things happened.

Billing problems all the time. Forget customer support, it is a joke. Good luck canceling, if they ever let you.

They will rip you off in the long run with billing "errors" and claims that you went over your alotted bandwidth. Terrible customer support. Rarely do you ever get to speak to a human and e-mail support always passing the buck to someone else.
