Aplus is a nightmare. They have limited/no technical expertise and the customer service is abysmal. I tried to get an MX record altered and it has taken over 3 weeks and they still can't figure out how to do this 3 minute change.

STAY AWAY!
I have been a customer of aplus for the last 6 years. The service is degrading and not as it used to be before. Two years ago we moved our dedicated server business away from aplus. Now they cannot resolve even simple DNS issues. Terrible!

I have been a client with them since 2004 and have 2 dedicated servers and host over 400 domain names. The dedicated server support have always helped me and provided support, and I never had any problems where they could not help me.

Been a customer since 1998. Their recent change to a new company in the background has been terrible. They charged me for a year's service and refused to refund any of it even though I'm not using the plan (1 month later). DO NOT USE!!

Horrible. Used to be top notch when I signed on - they were Cedant back then, Now they are Codero. Have had run ins with surly techs, they cut my clients server with no notice, and now two net outages in the 2 weeks since they became Codero. I'm done.

TERRIBLE reliability/support. Soon re-branding themselves "Codero." Techs incompetent & take no ownership - takes 10 people to solve a problem - & rarely can you talk to the same one twice. Repeated hardware failures badly handled. SIGNIFICANT downtime.

Must agree with all the above (negative ones) STAY AWAY, HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM. I just wish I had done some resarch before I paid them, Unfurtantly, paid years in advnced and had problems only after the 90 day money back gauantee. STAY AWAY
