I use Aplus for domain registration, and host with another company. Never had a problem with them, and when I called customer service and tech support they were responsive and helpful.

These guys are BAD NEWS. They will shut you down without notice. They will attempt to bill your credit card without authorization. The day you quit their service, they will promptly sell your email addresses to spammers. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Although A Plus claims to have redundant connections to Internet backbones, their network went down several times within a few months due to single points of failure. Continued to charge my card after service was cancelled.

My server becomes unavailable about ever 15 minutes, for about 30 seconds. Support has lied to me multiple times about the reason. It has been a month of the problem with no resolution, going someplace else.

STARK RAVING MAD, after a 4 hour outage and 2 weeks of intermitent connectivity I call support for sesolution, they blame the carier and say its only a few customers having the issue. I ask to be moved t another carier, they say only a manager can do that

Server stopped responding at least once an hour for up to a minute. Aplus.net claimed it was my fault. Server looked okay, so pinged other hosts on their network. All went unresponsive at the same time. Conclusion: network. Moved to spry.com. Happy now!
