I'm working with Avahost company about 2 years and I have a Plus Plan. I have had a few small
issues during this time and they had fixed them within 15 minutes. Besides, I did not met such technical
support on any hosting! Excellent company!

Our web site has been down for over a month. Multiple e-mails have not been returned. I do not know where to turn. How do these guys stay in business? What recourse do I have? Is there a formal body to file complaints?

Our usual ticket response time is less than 1 hour. Maybe our mail system has blocked your emails,
or your mail system has blocked our responses...
Now we implement Phone support, so I hope such issues will not happen in future.

These guys SUCK! The servers go down in the middle of the day, their tech support is terrible and when you can get them to respond, they barely speak English. DO NOT USE THEM!

If there was an award for the worlds WORST webhost these people would win hands down. They sent my business broke (Literally) I would not reccommend these to ANYONE. WORST webhost I have ever used.

Host failed to provide3 instruction e-mail of any kind, even after 72 hours and request for it through credit card processing company. So, I could not upload web site. Uncertain whether my request for refund will work, given this experience.

System uptime unstable, constant email bounces and problems with DNS. Support responses = useless and the latest, unable to submit helpdesk or even email to them because they did not pay for a support liscense they use! Enough is enough!!!!!

Worst host ever, there servers go down everysingle day!! SLOW support, and they tell you it's the same problem everytime, they must have just answers they copy and paste for every situation, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
