Servers almost never go down. They are easy to manage and to upgrade. I have the lowest cost servers, yet support will answer my questions quickly.

Tech support is always quickly available, consistently helpful, and without fail clear. They are there, they know their stuff, and they are able to address it and explain it in language that is understandable by a non-tech mind (like mine).

support has been wonderful
Dealing with support has been wonderful. At no time did I have to wait more than 4-5 minutes for their response. They led me through the setup of the hosting, website uploads (folder structure) and email, step by step. It did take a bit of time because of my lack of exposure to cPanel.

Email Option to Google Platform
I Changed My email option from the standard to the google platform (for more space), the migration and setup was flawless and the scheduling was perfect and exactly what was told to me. I've never had any issues when dealing with on-line tech or sales support.
