Outstanding and Dedicated Customer Support
If there is anything I love about CapraHosting, it is their ever-ready customer service. The team is extremely dedicated and committed to resolving issues until everything is fully fixed.

They once handled a migration for me around midnight in my time zone when my previous host had caused issues with a client's email system and some emails were missing. The support team stayed with me from the evening until early morning, and the issue was eventually resolved during a shift change, which I really appreciated.

Their infrastructure is solid but what truly stands out is their customer support and attention to detail. Special thanks to their team for their help I won't forget it.

Smooth Support Experience After Initial Issues
I had some issues with a server where an in-game entity was causing the game to crash. I first tried the AI chat, but once I was connected with a real support agent the experience became much smoother.

Caprahost team assisted me in identifying the issue and guided me toward additional mods to help fix it. Team were very patient throughout the process and provided clear support until everything was resolved.

Great Help Importing Our Large World
I recently moved from a self-hosted setup to a cloud hosting solution and decided to try capra hosting service after hearing good recommendations. The overall setup process went smoothly, but I ran into an issue while importing our large modded server world to the panel. After trying to solve it on my own, I contacted support, and he was extremely helpful throughout the process.
