the agent made me not to panic

Website address problem (a mail. prefix on our website name) was killing our site traffic and generating thousands of "bad URL" warnings from Google. Their support team understood the issue, knew where to correct our website and email set-up, and was able to sort out and fix this serious technical glitch.
