I have been using Capra host for a couple years now and have had really good experiences with their products and support. Support is quick to reply and sort out any issues.

the agent made me not to panic
The agent I spoke with during my website hosting issue was fantastic. When I contacted them, I was feeling a bit panicked because of few errors in my website. However, the agent was incredibly reassuring. They took the time to understand the problem fully then offered a solution while I waited.

I use it for all my hosting
I have used caparhosting for all my hosting and my clients' hosting since 2016. The hosting is one of the cheapest but stable and high quality. The service is perfect and they never fail to fix any issues for me. 10/10!

Website address problem
Website address problem (a mail. prefix on our website name) was killing our site traffic and generating thousands of "bad URL" warnings from Google. Their support team understood the issue, knew where to correct our website and email set-up, and was able to sort out and fix this serious technical glitch.
