I was a customer of Exist hosting for just over two years. Exist was fine if it nothing ever goes wrong. Their customer service is HORRENDOUS. Each time I called, t was a hassle to get anyone on the phone. Noone ever returned any voicemail I've left.

No support, No phone answered, No return of emails, in short they need to find some other kind of business to get into, as hosting service sure isn't their cup of tea ! Don't walk away RUN !

Support is quick to respond to questions and requests for help. The CP is very good with many useful features.

Tech support is always prompt, courteous, and actually addresses the problem you have contacted them about. Their uptime and server spped has only gotten better since I've been with them. I am very pleased with the services they have provided for me.

Their hosting and value is great. Their webmail and email server experiences issues frequently. Their technical support is unaccesible. it takes several emails to get a response back, 48 hours later. Hope it helps.

When you get through to customer service, a chore in itself, the staff is totally useless. I've lost a lot of business with them making changes and not knowing the impact of those changes to my site. I've already moWhen my renewal comes up, I'm leaving.

Great and fast support. Last we had some problems with the database and the support department helpt us great to fix it.
