I was with Exist Hosting for 2 years. I cancelled my service before my renewal date, but they automatically charged my credit card. I have now spent over 6 months trying to get my money back and they will not refund it. STAY CLEAR of this awful company

Stay clear. I'm on month two of trying to get a refund from them. Had to open a claim with my bank. Exists customer service doesnt exist.

Worst customer service/trust experience I've had to date. EXIST charged in advance for one year of hosting. When I told them in advance I was no longer using their services they suspended my account, but disregarded my requests for refund. Poor ethics.

As with many others, their unethical billing practice caused my looking for another host.

Except for bad support and a few unexplained downtimes once a month, everything was OK with Exist, until I decided to cancel my service with them. They will not want to do it. If you want to get hosting from them, be prepaired to stay with them for life.

The WORST customer service I have ever delt with period. I am looking for a new host today. The only reason I stayed with exist for more than a day was because of the hassle of switching hosts. What a mistake. You've been warned

I've been with Existhosting for ~2 years. PROs: uptime, bandwidth, realtime mailserver,price/vfm ratio. CONs: no customer support, clueless techs, disasterous CP and sometimes failing HDs. Good host if your poor, patient and know how to solve IT problems.

I used Exist Host for 2 years. Reliability was an issue at first but did get better. Cust service is abysmal so I decided to leave after 2 years. They deleted my account and took money for a third year anyway. Now they refuse to refund. COWBOYS!
