I have been with EXIST Hosting for 3 years now. They have always been great and very helful. The uptime is fantastic. They also recently improved their support methods, which is great!! Continue on the good work.

Exist hosting was great when they first started out - their customer service was awesome. I was with them for one year and over that time, their service got progressively worse. There is no phone contact and little with e-mail. Just stay away from them.

I have used this hosting service for 6 month and I already had 10 problems. 5 of them are server down trouble such as web, mysql, dns, and ftp. Rest of them are their configuration problem. Uptime 99.99% & 24/7 support are lie. but you know it's cheap

Never have i been so dissapointed in a hosting company! I was with them for a total of 3 weeks, half of that time my site was down. They say they offer 24 hr customer support, but that is a lie! I tried reaching them numerous times with no answer.
