Exist has good value for the service you get. However, you must pray that it never stops working, because the support is so incompetent. Most can't speak english, and don't know much about the service they provide.

There were cheap! And I guess you get what you pay for.
They changed my root password and denied having done it! I got back in on another user and looked checked the logs which proved it . They said they didn't know why I was complaining!

Technically the system seems to work pretty well. When there is a problem, I rarely get a response much less a quick response when I put in a ticket which is very frustratin. Eventually I have to contact one of the principals to try to move things along.

Great Host, I've had no problems with them. It did take about 36 hours to get my dedicated server setup but other than that the performance is awesome and they've been able to help me out with everything. Support is great. I recommend them to anyone.
