Multiple Accounts Suspended, Support Unresponsive, Very Bad hosting Provider
I have had a deeply disappointing experience with GlobeHost.
- My hosting accounts (including [domains]) were **suspended abruptly** without any prior notice or clear reason.
- Attempts to reach out for support via ticket were completely ignored. No timeline, no updates, and no resolution.
- As a result, my business suffered significant disruption and credibility loss with my users/clients.
I expect:
- Immediate review and reinstatement of the suspended accounts.
- Compensation/discussion for loss of service.
- Better customer communication in future.
Until these issues are resolved, I cannot recommend GlobeHost.
