I want to give 0 star but there is no option. Team don't provide DNS panel, even they don't know how to configure domain for Shopify. Worst experience ever.

Globehost is the most fraudulent company
Globehost is the most fraudulent company to buy domain, hosting, globehost gives out personal information to email sellers, Globehost staff's will enter people shared hosting to steal clients details.
They even collect payment and deny not receiving money.
People never buy from Globehost

Multiple Accounts Suspended, Support Unresponsive, Very Bad hosting Provider
I have had a deeply disappointing experience with GlobeHost.
- My hosting accounts (including [domains]) were **suspended abruptly** without any prior notice or clear reason.
- Attempts to reach out for support via ticket were completely ignored. No timeline, no updates, and no resolution.
- As a result, my business suffered significant disruption and credibility loss with my users/clients.
I expect:
- Immediate review and reinstatement of the suspended accounts.
- Compensation/discussion for loss of service.
- Better customer communication in future.
Until these issues are resolved, I cannot recommend GlobeHost.

Server speed
Please don't ever by GlobHost hosting very slow server speed. The Website takes too much time to open even having very low content. Very bad customer support.

I had been their customer since 2009
I had been Globehost.com customer for over a decade. I am fully satisfied with them. For the amount they charge, they give the greatest service possible. Replies promptly, do not give lame excuses but admit if they have a problem and rectify it. The response for any ticket is almost instantaneous. Saw some cry babies passing bad comments, prompting me this review. Some may be their competitors. Others some mental cases probably.
It is a fact that their server crashes sometimes. Probably due to crowding. But I don' blame them entirely on that because they may be constrained due the low rates they quoted. May be they can make a 5% increase in their plans and improve the infrastructure a bit more. Overall I am happy with them or else I would not have stuck with them for so many years.

Very worst server as a speed and response based. If u have upto 3k-4k user on your website then never buy this server.
