Since my VPS with them is running flawlessly I didn't really need their technical support, yet. Anything else is perfect for the price right now.

I tried hostsailor vps for like 2 months before. i've been so happy with my vps.
only 1 downtime happened and i can't remember why. The only thing i need from them is just the speed of the servers and also make vps's package more bigger with low prices.
