Superior uptime in the Netherlands
Since my VPS with them is running flawlessly I didn't really need their technical support, yet. Anything else is perfect for the price right now.

Migrated form virtwire
I've migrated from virtwire service and all I can say it's that besides the unexpected ending of my previous contract I was enabled by them in order to continue my service

Great technical support
It's since 2014 that I use Hostsailor for my VPS and I find it great.
They helped me with all the problems I encountered on my server and solved them quickly.

Awesome provider
I've been hosting with them for more than an year and the service still great as always, no downtimes at all and always working as intended.

Absolute garbage
-ToS 14 days refund policy is a lie
-VPS are shut down without your permission
-You're immediately forced to purchase upgrade, because they limit your VPS due to "excessive CPU usage"

try other hosting
Hostsailor just switched my vps power off because its consumption of resources was inappropriate for them.
Also I found deleted my VPS by Hostsailor for overdue though internal credit account had double of month pay sum.
There's no refund process.
Company Response: We suspend VPS Servers when they cause down time to our users, we do not allow abuse, about the overdue, we dont apply credit, you need to open your invoices, choose which one to pay, You get emails daily 1 week before invoice due + 48H after invoice due
