Unhappy

Refuse to cancel account
I have been trying to cancel for over a year. There is no support email, only online ticket. But to submit a ticket, I have to re-register, not going to do that. They ignore emails sent to sales. Now get 2 emails a day to pay the back due invoices.

after 3 days my sites are still in error and site is redirected to their own site becoz of the errors. Support team was not able to fix the problem. my sites still in error.
