poor customer services
some files were deleted from server and when i asked support team to provide me website backup, they don;t help me in that.

Good service and value - Horrid Customer Service
This company made it almost impossible for me to cancel my account. Even contacting them a day after ordering with justifications they ignored my request and made me keep insisting I needed to cancel.

I have been using iFastNet.com service for a long while and want to state they work great and have high uptime.
They use SSD's for their premium hosting plans and their price is rather good for pure SSD servers.
