I was using them for about 2 years before Nathan took over and up until then they were EXCELLENT! However, after the changeover I experienced horrible troubles and pathetic support - have moved my sites to another provider.

Service has diminished greatly, was using them for about 3 years. Cancelled hosting in January due to too much problems but was just charged $32 for another 6 months (via subscription) which I cancelled immediately. Trying to get refunded. Beware.

Since Nathan Oulman has taken over, server reliability/support has been pathetic. 16 trouble tickets in the past 2 mos., troubleshooting, downtime, degraded performance, unannounced server changes; we’ve moved our domains to another hosting provider.

I researched a lot before getting my reseller account with livehost, and I don't regret.
It have a Great support, everything works fine, and it's cheap!
Not like those crappy cheap hosts.

Just wish they support Coldfusion and that'd be just perfect.

The ability for them to provide servers that function and the tech and customer service over the last year has been in constant decline. They change the servers, and then you are SOL for days. WORST HOST EVER! I will be changing providers.
