Thomas left and the whole company fell apart. My site is down, the login doesn't work. My emails go unanswered.
I MOVED ALL 19 DOMAINS TODAY. I advise everyone does the same before the site goes down and you lose the chance to trasnfer your domains out.

Was great for a long time, but things have gone through the floor. Bad support, bad service, non-existant backups, not a service to be used anymore. Very sad, we have used them for years.

Was very good under Thomas and whoever is left running it is really messing things up. ZERO response from support. VIRUS-INFECTED SERVER been infected for months with VSB/Psyme, IM OUT. KEEP AWAY.

Got a shock when I realized that Tom is no longer in charge. I paid 2 months ago, so I will stay for some time, but have another back-up server with other host. Can transfer domains at any time.

He left, and there's a bunch of newbies in charge. Two service affecting outages in two days, with no explanation of why. Slow or no response to inquiries.
