Very good host. Problems are few and far between and when anything does come up they are fast to respond.

Worst customer service in the world. No phone contact whatsoever. They love getting customers and will treat them like gold, but once you're a customer you are treated horribly. Loaded ToS to dodge any type of refund. Constant email problems. F-

No phone or email support at all. Web chat helpful for presale support only. Registration of transferred domains cost extra. The $24.95 "waived" setup fee not refundable upon cancelation under any circumstances. Read Term of Use carefully before signup.

Beware of the 750GB claim. Read the Terms of Use. No more than 5GB of Multimedia files (jpeg, mp3), no more than 5GB of archive files (rar, zip, tar), and no more than 5GB of "compiled" files (exe, pdf, psd).
