Do not believe these good reviews about siteground. I have an account with them and their support is the worst. Constant Server Errors. It is impossible to get any kind of personal help. Only during signup do you get help. SiteGround is a nightmare.

Support is absolutely TERRIBLE. No phone support option, tedious ticket opening process online, support techs place ticket in closed state without resolving isssue, techs don't have much server/networking knowledge. Aside from this, service has been OK.
