Siteground are deceptive about their service levels and features- beware. Uptime is not acceptable for business site Server space limit is 5GB not 40GB etc

They CHARGE you to backup your account here. I've never had ANY host charge for a backup--it's likely been an option in cPanel. I've got 4 websites to move at $25 each. Good lord what a ripoff!!! avoid!!!

I've been with them for 48 hours and am about to cancel my service. Their customer service, although very fast, doesn't seem to know how to speak English. I ask one question, they answer another. I'm off back to ProStores at least they speak English.

although sounds good value -many features, Siteground have deteriorated in recent months to the point that their hosting is not all it first appears. Reliabiilty is awful, as is customer service (they respond quickly, but do not answer questions quickly)
