I have had resellers and VPS from various hosting providers but after terrible experience, I switched to mocha. Being honest, I'd recommend everyone to come to Mocha. They genuinely entertain support requests professionally and "owning" your problem. |

I've been using MochaHost for about a year and a half now and it has served my purposes. A few times I've had trouble with someone gaining access to my account. But, every time, the 24/7 chat support has been excellent. |

I did not get what was promised on the website, though i was a customer for more than a year.
i have taken a win vps, The win plan shows you get a webmail.
but when i purchased it, they told is is only with plesk.cancelled it in 2 days. but was refund. |

I have for almost a year, and lately this the worst. Always falls and support that says only meets 24 hours in extreme cases via email, I have more than 30 tickets in a period of 20 days. Keep out ! |
