SherWeb has announced it now offers Unified Communications-as-a-Service (UCaaS) options. SherWeb, which has headquarters in Quebec, Canada, was established in 1998. The company offers SaaS, IaaS and PaaS solutions and simplifies IT distribution by “truly enabling resellers to be successful with cloud solutions”. It offers a one-stop solution for smaller companies with products like Office 365, Dynamics 365, Azure, VoIP, and security, backup and disaster recovery options. SherWeb’s latest offering targets cloud and telecom customers in the United States and Canada.
SherWeb’s latest offering adds value to “SMBs and enterprise markets as well as channel partners, MSPs, VARs and telecom resellers”. To support its customers’ business growth and reduce their costs, SherWeb has integrated its own hosted PBX solution with Microsoft cloud products that include Dynamics 365 and Office 365. This facilitates workplace collaboration and increases workplace productivity. SherWeb’s UCaaS customers will benefit from enterprise cloud applications such as hosted voice, email, video conferencing, CRM and instant messaging on a range of devices.
