Uptime and security leaves a little to be desired. Logging onto control panel could be more secure (parameters are just in a GET url so someone else could just check computer history and login and do what they wanted) i believe this happened to me

Customer since May '06. When I decided to transfer my domain *away* from 2mhost, technical support suddenly stopped responding to support tickets, chat support operators won't give their name (!), and there's no phone number! Help!
