Navigating the website is challenging at times. There are a lot of windows that pop up--it feels circuitous at times. I've had to ask for help from more computer saavy friends just to figure out the help ticket system.

Very reliable hosting. Very few downtime (mainly because they constantly upgrade their servers which increases overall preformance). The support is very quick, professional and fully friendly.
