Even though being cheap web hosting, their technical support has been very up-to-date and responsive.
They provide solid service for ~8 USD/month; including SSL.
Don't expect miracles from any provider on that price range.

Absolutely the vest value available in hosting. Buy the minimum, add extra feattures or capacity, and you're done! I won't even look anywhere else.
