although I was referred to as an "old customer" to fill out this survey, the 2m folks have been pretty good, and recently incredibly timely with their response times to any inquires. No real major complaints, the web mail could use a better/nicer client.

the service is ok, but not stellar. Pricing has not kept up with recent moves of sites like google. Why pay for hosting w/ 50MB to have an email account at own domain, if google offers 1 MB for free?

Cheap, quick service and acceptable speed, except one time of possible contraband causing data loss on May 2006, fortunately we have complete backup for our web site.
Over all, we get a not bad quality and very reasonalbe price.
