I wrote a review and thought I would give an update on my experience of Arvixe. After finally getting set up (after 60 hours wait) My server went down 2 times in the next 2 days. Apparently they have problems setting-up and configuring of a VPS
Company Response: Our VPS provisioning is completely automated and each clone is exactly like the next within 30 minutes. The reliability of the VPS is determined by the applications that are deployed on the VPS and in this case customer's applications crashed the VPS.

They are quick and provide a good service. I had a problem with upgrading to a better account but they solved the issue which is a plus.
The Live Chat support generally fix your problems while you are talking to them which is fantastic. cons: slow serve

I have had several problems in the past and the Arvixe techs have come through everytime. ESPECIALLY Mike Atkins. DON'T lose him ;)

Arvixe is great. I have a reseller account with Arvixe because I manage several sites and found it the best program to go with. Uptime very high. No problems. Great customer service. Quick response to any form of support. Very knowledgeable staff.

Excellent customer support. Excellent forum. Great uptime (atleast till now). A little expensive though, but my website runs faster now. Only confusing thing is the process limit of 15 on personal class servers. I hope it doesnt affect my website traffic.

absolutely slow and useless, unreliable servers too. After a while Arvixe tries to force you to upgrade, suspending your sites from time to time. they dont refund either. You have been warned!!!!
Company Response: Customer was sent several warnings in regards to improper usage and chose to ignore them. On the last warning, the account was suspended. Even following verbal abuse of our staff, staff provided customer with a backup so the site can be moved elsewhere.

I have never received such fast service and problem resolution with any other Hosting company. Excellent Service.

The most important thing selecting a hosting is knowing about support.
When you are in trouble, you don't even want to drink! you just need someone to help you.
