I've been using Arvixe for well over a year...only twice did i use their online help service for questions had...both times i was connected within a few minutes...problem solved...no downtime ever, and fast...:-) excellent service.

This is the most terrible web hosting I've ever dealt with. My site's uptime has been 22%. I've spent countless hours with tech support. The chat is pretty much useless and a waste of time. Site comes back on for a couple of hours and its down again.

Worst customer service and technical support ever. Slow responses on chat, low technical level of personnel who cannot solve any issue, and mamanagement that thinks that its only role is to send sympathy emails to annoyed customers.
