Overprovisioned VPS & complaint negligence
It's been more than 5 yrs being customer of contabo. 4 yrs without any problem. The service is relaible and the support is responsive. The problem started thi syear when they started to overprovision their HW. Unacceptable disk speed. We have to move now.

I would highly suggest you going with Contabo if you are going to run a game server/website, their services are explicitly fast, their support contacts you back within 5 minutes of sending an email to them. Their prices are brilliant. Overall amazing.

The worst hosting.
I used contabo VPS hosting and the server sometimes doesn't work, sometimes works....
When I said it to support they asked me to pay more 25$ ! for technical support.
I'll never buy from contabo again.

VPS XL
On January 2016 it will be one year since i use the VPS. The support is fantastic weekends, nights, holidays helped almost immediately. Fast server, cheap price.

I'm pretty pleased
The price benefit ratio is very good. I was looking for VPS with a lot of RAM and they have excellent prices for them. Never had a technical issue with them, it was just running. A down-side is their services, they don't offer automatic backups etc...

Not Recommended - Very Bad Company
Renewed VPS-XL for 1 year plus Win 2012-R2 license. Attempted to turn on Hyper-V and it failed. Contabo Support said, "sorry but we had to turn that feature off", even though i'd been using it for the past 2 years. No refund, no solution, just.....sorry!

never get servers from contabo. now they dont provide good service.

Dont ever put your money into this company, ever!
I bought a VPS, only forre-streaming music onto a TeamSpeak server, the server couldnt even do that, cause the host was insanely overprovisioned.
After a fight, i got a refund. But then, 12 hours or so after, they charged me the refunded amount again!
