Knowingly host scam websites
I haven contacted Contabo repeatedly about a site they are hosting that is stealing my website, identity, and is defrauding customers, and they refuse to help me, or even listen to me.

Good service for the price but careful with payment policy
I have been using contabo for about an year and I did not have much to complain until I happened once to be late 1 day to pay. Not only they suspended the service but charge me an additional fee to reactivate it! That's quite a shady practice.

Concerning my last review i had a few problems as mentioned but the customer support agreed to pay me back in full.
So regret i was so hard with the review and hope you will give them a chance as it is very large servers they are selling.
