Technical support is awesome.
Really good web host. Gigapros customer care has always been outstanding. Technical support is awesome - response is fast (sometimes within minutes) and problems get resolved just about as quickly. We will and have referred others to them. They are superior to any other web hosting service. I would thoroughly recommend Gigapros to any business looking for hosting, support and a personal touch to there web requirements.

Powerful Servers, Super Fast.
I've been a customer for over 4 months now with Gigapros dedicated server hosting and I have continually been impressed month after month. Incredibly fast.
Have to say that I'm extremely please with the pricing, the services you offer, and the quality of your hosting. Both upload and download speeds are incredibly fast, and the features are standard but very well supported. Of course, I was a bit hesitant at first, but decide to give it a go anyway since the price is literally dirt cheap for dedicated server hosting. Now I know my money is well spent. Gigapros hosting is good choice of web host.

I recommend them.
I have had several websites on Gigapros dedicated hosting account for the last several years and very satisfied. Support through their support ticket system is exemplary - fast and professional responses. The service has good spam filtering. This host is my good friend. I am happy to be in the family. I also recommend their hosting solutions with highest regards. While operating such a superb hosting service they also have been able to offer cheaper accounts. The uptime is almost 100% and the security is supper tight. So my domains are super safe and stable.

Solid performance!
Can recommend Gigapros hosting for running business sites. Solid performance! I manage several websites with this host and have nothing but a good experience with their hosting service. Their control panel is well laid out and easy to do most tasks like upload WordPress or setup email accounts. There are plenty of helpful tutorial videos and web pages that get you going as well. Excellent, service, Excellent Support. I have been with them now for almost a decade if not more.

Nice professionals, Thank you for the good hosting.
So far, I've never encountered any problems with this except for that one single time where there was a downtime which was immediately resolved in a matter of 10 minutes. So far, I have not had any problems with them. Good service. I use the site to run my business and check email on it everyday, and Gigapros network performance is about as fast as any of the other services out there, but for about half the price. Excellent.

Top Notch web hosting service.
I have never had more fun spending my hard earned money. Gigapros has the best customer service I have ever experienced from any hosting provider, ever. Their prices are very reasonable, your software makes running multiple web sites an absolute breeze and on top of all of that, your servers are-fast-and-chock full of features. I wouldn't dream of hosting my web sites anywhere else! It's been just Top Notch and Excellent. I have tried quite a number of hosting services before, had miserable and frustrating experiences. But with Gigapros, its been a breeze.

The price is great!
There was one issue when a server had problems and the support response was rather slow until we called them directly. Gigapros team has definitely helped ultimahosts worldwide expansion. The speed is amazing, very reliable, the support is fantastic (we needed a server reset, they done it within 20 minutes), the price is great! It's very hard to over state how good these guys really are. The provider I have been working for has switched all of their hosting over to Gigapros in the past few weeks, the reason? There's nobody better out there. Might upgrade to a root server soon and I will definitely stay with them. Can't fault these guys!

You know, guys, everything has only ever been good and I do recommend Gigapros provider! I tend to read small prints when I sign a contract so have never been surprised by the fact that hosting usually costs a little more from the second year on (it's still cheap!). I understand that if you want to make a really elaborate website, there are better options - but for me and my small business, it more than suffices.
